Become a G2S Morocco Supplier
At G2S Morocco, vendors and suppliers are engaged subject to a risk-based due diligence and compliance review. Supplier appointment is not automatic and remains conditional upon satisfactory verification of legal, operational, financial, and regulatory standing.
Prior to engagement, and where applicable during the course of the business relationship, G2S Morocco may review and assess:
-
The supplier’s corporate status, ownership structure, beneficial ownership, and authority to provide the relevant services.
-
Applicable licences, permits, approvals, insurance coverage, certifications, and personnel qualifications.
-
Operational capacity, equipment availability, service reliability, response capability, and performance history.
-
Financial standing, creditworthiness, business reputation, and market conduct.
-
Actual or potential conflicts of interest, governmental affiliations, politically exposed persons, agency relationships, or other risk indicators.
-
Compliance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and relevant EU anti-corruption requirements.
-
Screening against applicable sanctions, embargoes, restricted-party, and denied-party lists, including UK, U.S. OFAC, EU, UN, and Australian sanctions regimes.
-
Compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, export-control, trade compliance, customs, aviation-security, and restricted-goods requirements.
-
Adherence to confidentiality, data protection, fair competition, ethical conduct, and lawful business practices.
G2S Morocco does not knowingly engage, retain, or facilitate business with any supplier, entity, individual, or intermediary involved in sanctioned activity, bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, unlawful facilitation payments, misrepresentation, or any conduct that may expose G2S Morocco, its clients, or its operations to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk.
G2S Morocco reserves the right to request documentation, perform enhanced due diligence, withhold approval, suspend services, reject invoices, or terminate any supplier relationship where compliance requirements are not satisfied or where risk indicators are identified.
Our supplier network is maintained to support aviation operations in a lawful, compliant, reliable, and accountable manner.
